The Padma-purana verse 1.16.136 (Sanskrit text), including grammatical analysis, glossary and relevant print editions. तन्मत्तः कृतपुण्योन्यो न देवो भुवि विद्यते ।
योषिद्रत्नमिदं सेयं सद्भाग्यायां पितामहः ॥ १३६ ॥

yoṣidratnamidaṃ seyaṃ sadbhāgyāyāṃ pitāmahaḥ || 136 ||
