उताहो त्वं मन्यसे सर्वमेव राज्ञां युद्धे वर्तते धर्मतन्त्रम् ।
अयुद्धे वा वर्तते धर्मतन्त्रं तथैव ते वाचमिमां शृणोमि ॥ १९ ॥
