तमापतन्तं त्वरितं गजेन्द्रं धनंजयः कुम्भविभागमध्ये ।
आकर्णपूर्णेन दृढायसेन बाणेन विव्याध महाजवेन ॥ ८ ॥

tamāpatantaṃ tvaritaṃ gajendraṃ dhanaṃjayaḥ kumbhavibhāgamadhye |
