स एष जनको राजा दुर्वृत्तमपि चेत्सुतम् ।
दण्ड्यं दण्डे निक्षिपति तथा न ग्लाति धार्मिकम् ॥ २८ ॥

sa eṣa janako rājā durvṛttamapi cetsutam |
daṇḍyaṃ daṇḍe nikṣipati tathā na glāti dhārmikam || 28 ||
