नगराधिकृतानां च गृहाणि रथिनां तथा ।
उपतस्थुर्नरश्रेष्ठा वैश्यशूद्रगृहानपि ॥ ७ ॥
nagarādhikṛtānāṃ ca gṛhāṇi rathināṃ tathā |
upatasthurnaraśreṣṭhā vaiśyaśūdragṛhānapi || 7 ||
