कामक्रोधोद्भवान्दोषान्निरस्य च नराधिपाः ।
दण्डं दण्ड्येषु धर्मेण प्रणयन्तोऽन्वपालयन् ॥ १३ ॥
kāmakrodhodbhavāndoṣānnirasya ca narādhipāḥ |
daṇḍaṃ daṇḍyeṣu dharmeṇa praṇayanto'nvapālayan || 13 ||
