मरीचिः कश्यपं तात पुत्रं चासृजदग्रजम् ।
मानसं जनयामास तैजसं ब्रह्मसत्तमम् ॥ १८ ॥

marīciḥ kaśyapaṃ tāta putraṃ cāsṛjadagrajam |
mānasaṃ janayāmāsa taijasaṃ brahmasattamam || 18 ||
