यद्येष हेतुस्तव खादनस्य न ते वेदः कारणं नान्यधर्मः ।
तस्मादभक्ष्ये भक्षणाद्वा द्विजेन्द्र दोषं न पश्यामि यथेदमात्थ ॥ ८५ ॥
