तुल्यशुक्रास्थिमज्जश्च तुल्यमांसासृगेव च ।
निःश्वासोच्छ्वासतुल्यश्च तुल्यप्राणशरीरवान् ॥ ७ ॥

niḥśvāsocchvāsatulyaśca tulyaprāṇaśarīravān || 7 ||
