The Lakshminarayana Samhita verse 3.145.22 (Sanskrit text), including grammatical analysis, glossary and relevant print editions. The work is written in Puranic style and divided into four books according to the four Yugas. This is verse 22 of chapter 145 of Khanda 3 (dvapara-yuga-santana). ह्रस्वं दीर्घं प्लुतं ज्ञात्वा स्वरं गाने प्रयोजयेत् ।
अथ तानान् प्रयुञ्जीत प्रवाहे सततं मुहुः ॥ २२ ॥

hrasvaṃ dīrghaṃ plutaṃ jñātvā svaraṃ gāne prayojayet |
atha tānān prayuñjīta pravāhe satataṃ muhuḥ || 22 ||
