The Lakshminarayana Samhita verse 1.521.49 (Sanskrit text), including grammatical analysis, glossary and relevant print editions. सर्वे चराऽचराधारं यः सृजत्येव लीलया ॥ ४९ ॥

sarve carā'carādhāraṃ yaḥ sṛjatyeva līlayā || 49 ||
