The Lakshminarayana Samhita verse 1.173.124 (Sanskrit text), including grammatical analysis, glossary and relevant print editions. The work is written in Puranic style and divided into four books according to the four Yugas. This is verse 124 of chapter 173 of Khanda 1 (krita-yuga-santana). तदर्थपानं स्थैर्येण यत्तच्छ्रवणमुच्यते ।
श्रुत्वा तदर्थमननं कर्तव्यं फलदं हि तत् ॥ १२४ ॥

śrutvā tadarthamananaṃ kartavyaṃ phaladaṃ hi tat || 124 ||
