अथ तस्य महा-वासुदेवत्वे सिद्धे श्री-बलदेवादीनं अपि महा-
सङ्कर्शणादित्वं स्वत एव सिद्धम्. यद्-रूपाह् स्वयं-भगवान् तद्-रूप एव ते 
भवितुम् अर्हन्तीति. अतः श्री-बलदेवस्य यत् कश्चिद् अवेशारत्वं मन्यते, तद् असत्. 
दृश्यते च श्री-कृष्ण-रामयोर् युगलतया वर्णनेन सम-प्रकाशत्वम्: ताव् अङ्घ्रि-
युग्मन् अनुकृश्य सरीस्पन्तौ, यद् विश्वेश्वरयोर् यच्ञाम्, ददर्श कृष्णं रामं 
च,
तौ रेजतू रङ्ग-गतौ महा-भुजौ इत्य् आदौ. 

atha tasya mahā-vāsudevatve siddhe śrī-baladevādīnaṃ api mahā-
saṅkarśaṇāditvaṃ svata eva siddham. yad-rūpāh svayaṃ-bhagavān tad-rūpa eva te 
bhavitum arhantīti. ataḥ śrī-baladevasya yat kaścid aveśāratvaṃ manyate, tad asat. 
dṛśyate ca śrī-kṛṣṇa-rāmayor yugalatayā varṇanena sama-prakāśatvam: tāv aṅghri-
yugman anukṛśya sarīspantau, yad viśveśvarayor yacñām, dadarśa kṛṣṇaṃ rāmaṃ 
ca,
tau rejatū raṅga-gatau mahā-bhujau ity ādau.

English translation and comments:

Now that it is clearly proven that Śrī Kṛṣṇa is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the origin of Lord Vāsudeva, it should also be accepted that Lord Balarāma is the origin of the Lord Saṅkarṣaṇa, and other associates of the Lord are the origins of Lord Pradyumna, Lord Aniruddha, and other incarnations. Śrī Kṛṣṇa is the Original Personality of Godhead, and His associates are, in some way or other, His expansions.

Although someone may think that Lord Balarāma is an āveśa-avatāra (empowered living entity), this is not true. Lord Balarāma is repeatedly described as equal to Lord Kṛṣṇa. This is explained in the following quotes:
