This is Mantra 4.1 of the Kena-upanishad (Kenopanishad), the English translation and commentary of Madhva (Madhvacharya) called the Bhasya. The Kena Upanishad deals with topics such as Brahman and Atman (soul) and also discusses the symbolic representation of the Gods as forces of nature. It is an important text in the Vedanta schools of Hindu philsophy. This is Mantra 1 of section 4 called ‘Caturtha-Khanda’.

Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration, Word-for-word and English translation of Kena-upaniṣad mantra 4.1:

सा ब्रह्मेति होवाच ब्रह्मणोवा एतद्विजये महीयध्वमिति ततो हैव विदाञ्चकार ब्रह्मेति ॥ १ ॥

sā brahmeti hovāca brahmaṇovā etadvijaye mahīyadhvamiti tato haiva vidāñcakāra brahmeti || 1 ||

sa—she (said to Indra, this Yakṣa was); brahmāBrahman; (Your Inner Ruler). iti—thus; ha—then (further she) verily, fully; uvāca—said, replied; brahmanaḥ—of Brahman; vai—certainly; etat—this, of this victory; vijaye—victory, conquest; devāḥ—O devas; (a) mahīyadhvam—you have become great, you have got all this honor (from men who worship you as conquerors of Asuras) or have become puffed up with pride; iti—thus; tataḥ—from this instruction of Umā; ha—verily; eva—only; (Madhva reads “vai” instead of “eva”; meaning ‘certainly’); vidāñcakāra—he (Indra) knew that it was; brahma—(Brahman) the Yakṣa that had disappeared; iti—thus.

1. She said “Verily this is Brahman. verily in the victory of this brahman—you, O Devas! have become great and vain; and therefore you should not be proud;.” Thence he knew that It was Brahman.—26.
