यो याचितकं आदाय न दद्यात्प्रतियाचितः ।
स निगृह्य बलाद्दाप्यो दण्ड्यश्च न ददाति यः ॥ १९ [६१०] ॥

yo yācitakaṃ ādāya na dadyātpratiyācitaḥ |
sa nigṛhya balāddāpyo daṇḍyaśca na dadāti yaḥ || 19 [610] ||
