The Sanskrit edition of the Katyayana-smriti referencing the English translation and grammatical analysis. The Katyayana-smriti is one of the minor works on Dharmashastra as mentioned in the Yajnavalkya-smriti. यः साक्षी नैव निर्दिष्टा नाहूतो नापि दर्शितः ।
ब्रूयान्मिथ्येति तथ्यं वा दण्ड्यः सोऽपि नराधमः ॥ ३ [४०४] ॥

yaḥ sākṣī naiva nirdiṣṭā nāhūto nāpi darśitaḥ |
brūyānmithyeti tathyaṃ vā daṇḍyaḥ so'pi narādhamaḥ || 3 [404] ||
