The Sanskrit edition of the Katyayana-smriti referencing the English translation and grammatical analysis. The Katyayana-smriti is one of the minor works on Dharmashastra as mentioned in the Yajnavalkya-smriti. सारभूतं पदं मुक्त्वा असाराणि बहून्यपि ।
संसाधयेत्क्रिया या तु तां जह्यात्सारवर्जिताम् ।
पक्षद्वयं साधयेद्या तां जह्याद्दूरतः क्रियाम् ॥ ९ [२२२] ॥

sārabhūtaṃ padaṃ muktvā asārāṇi bahūnyapi |
saṃsādhayetkriyā yā tu tāṃ jahyātsāravarjitām |
