The Sanskrit edition of the Katyayana-smriti referencing the English translation and grammatical analysis. कारणात्पूर्वपक्षोऽपि ह्युत्तरत्वं प्रपद्यते ।
अतः क्रिया तदा प्रोक्ता पूर्वपक्षप्रसाधिनी ॥ १ [२११] ॥
