The Sanskrit edition of the Katyayana-smriti referencing the English translation and grammatical analysis. The Katyayana-smriti is one of the minor works on Dharmashastra as mentioned in the Yajnavalkya-smriti. न हीनपक्षां युवतिं कुले जातां प्रसूतिकाम् ।
सर्ववर्णोत्तमां कन्यां ता ज्ञातिप्रभुकाः स्मृताः ॥ २ [९७] ॥

na hīnapakṣāṃ yuvatiṃ kule jātāṃ prasūtikām |
sarvavarṇottamāṃ kanyāṃ tā jñātiprabhukāḥ smṛtāḥ || 2 [97] ||
