The Sanskrit edition of the Katyayana-smriti referencing the English translation and grammatical analysis. एवं प्रवर्तते यस्तु लोभं त्यक्त्वा नराधिपः ।
तस्य पुत्राः प्रजायन्ते राष्ट्रं कोशश्च वर्धते ॥ १५ [१८] ॥

evaṃ pravartate yastu lobhaṃ tyaktvā narādhipaḥ |
tasya putrāḥ prajāyante rāṣṭraṃ kośaśca vardhate || 15 [18] ||
