विष्णुनिवेदितस्यान्नस्यायोग्ये देशे पात्रे वा प्रक्षेपे प्रायश्चित्तम् ।
विष्णोर्निवेदितं प्राश्यं निक्षिपेद्यत्र कुत्रचित् ।
अयोग्यस्याथ वा दद्यात्सिंहस्याष्टशतं जपेत् ॥ 39 ॥

viṣṇuniveditasyānnasyāyogye deśe pātre vā prakṣepe prāyaścittam |
viṣṇorniveditaṃ prāśyaṃ nikṣipedyatra kutracit |
