Verse 21.10

अथ सूत्रैः पवित्रनिर्माणविधानम् ।
पुरा तत्र्रिगुणं कृत्वा ततः कुर्याच्चतुर्गुणम् ।
समतां सर्वभावानां द्विजोत्पादयते यतः ॥ 10 ॥
