उत्तमवर्णस्य दीक्षादिविधानेऽवरवर्णस्यानधिकारः ।
क्षत्रविट्शूद्रजातीयः प्रातिलोम्यान्न दीक्षयेत् ।
त्रितत्वविद्द्विजातीयो दीक्षयेदनुलोमतः ॥ 19 ॥
