वायुतत्त्वनिलयनम् ।
तया मन्त्रशरीरं स्वं स्वशक्त्या विलयीकृतम् ।
रेचकेन कृतां शक्तिं वाय्वाधारे बहिः क्षिपेत् ॥ 42 ॥

tayā mantraśarīraṃ svaṃ svaśaktyā vilayīkṛtam |
recakena kṛtāṃ śaktiṃ vāyvādhāre bahiḥ kṣipet || 42 ||
