शश्वत्स्याच्चित्तवृत्तीनां विक्षिप्तानां च संयमः ।
सत्याद्युपाङ्गपञ्चकबीजमन्त्रः ।
तुर्यातीतात्मसंज्ञो यो वर्गः पञ्चार्णभूषितः ॥ 189 ॥
