दाने तपसि शौर्ये च यस्य न प्रथितं मनः ।
विद्यायाम् अर्थ-लाभे च मातुर् उच्चार एव सः ॥ १७ ॥

dāne tapasi śaurye ca yasya na prathitaṃ manaḥ |
vidyāyām artha-lābhe ca mātur uccāra eva saḥ || 17 ||
