उपात्तयज्ञो देवेभ्यो ब्राह्मणेषु निवत्स्यति ।
विहितो यज्ञ एषोऽत्र देवैश्च ब्राह्मणैरपि ।
तेजसाभ्याहृतं तेजस्तेजस्येवावतिष्ठते ॥ ३९ ॥
