तस्मिन्नुपरते राजन् स कालयवनो नृपः ।
युद्धाभिकामो राजा तु पर्यपृच्छद्द्विजोत्तमम् ।
वृष्ण्यन्धककुलं तस्य नारदो वै न्यवेदयत् ॥ १६ ॥

tasminnuparate rājan sa kālayavano nṛpaḥ |
yuddhābhikāmo rājā tu paryapṛcchaddvijottamam |
vṛṣṇyandhakakulaṃ tasya nārado vai nyavedayat || 16 ||
