The Sanskrit edition of the Harivamsa, an important addition to the larger epic Mahabharata, existing in several editions. The text deals with the ancient Indian Solar and Lunar dynasties leading and recounts the history of Krishna.

Verse 62.10

किरीतेणार्कवर्णेन विद्युद्विद्योतकारिणा ।
कुण्डलाभ्यां स दिव्याभ्यां सततं शोभिताननः ।
पञ्चस्तबकलम्बेन देवभूषणभूषितः ॥ सहस्रपत्रकान्तेन देहभूषणकारिणा ।
ईक्षमाणः सहस्रेण नेत्राणां कामरूपिणाम् ।
त्रिदशाज्ञापनार्थेन मेघनिर्घोषकारिणा ।
प्रणाम अकरोच्छक्रः क्षन्तव्यमिति चाब्रवीत् ।
तुष्टाव च हरिं विष्णुं गोपवेषविभूषितम् ॥ नमस्ते देवदेवेश भूतभावनभावन ।
हिरण्यरेतसे तुभ्यं नमः सोमप्रदायिने ॥ नमो वेदैकतत्त्वार्थ तन्निबोधन बोधन ।
नमः प्रणववाच्याय वाचकाय नमो नमः ॥ नमस्ते विश्वरूपाय नमो लोकहिताय ते ।

अज्ञानादेथ वा ज्ञानाद् रोषाद्वा यदुनन्दन ॥ समर्थेष्वसमर्थेषु रोषः प्रस्फुरति प्रभो ।
न केनचिद्भवाञ्छास्यः शास्ता सर्वस्य वै प्रभो ॥ त्वन्निमित्तमिदं सर्वमैन्द्रं मम सुदुर्लभम् ।
त्वत्प्रसादज्जगन्नाथ देवानामीश्वरो यतः ॥ ततश्च देवदेवेश क्षन्तव्यं दास इत्यहम् ।
इत्युक्त्वाथ पुनर्वाक्यं व्याजहार शचीपतिः ॥ कृष्णं कमलपत्राक्षमबालं बालरूपिणम् ।
अतसीपुष्पसंकाशं श्रीवत्सकृतलक्षणम् ।
उपविष्टं शिलापृष्ठे कृत्वा कर्मातिमानुषम् ॥ न हि दासेषु कोपोऽस्ति स्वामिनां स्वामिसत्तम ।
अथ दिव्येन मधुरम् व्याजहार स्वरेण तम् ॥ १० ॥

ಸಹಸ್ರಪತ್ರಕಾನ್ತೇನ ದೇಹಭೂಷಣಕಾರಿಣಾ ।
