The Sanskrit edition of the Harivamsa, an important addition to the larger epic Mahabharata, existing in several editions. The text deals with the ancient Indian Solar and Lunar dynasties leading and recounts the history of Krishna.

Verse 1.36

उच्चावचानि भूतानि गात्रेभ्यस्तस्य जज्ञिरे ।
ब्रह्माणं हृदयं भित्त्वा निश्चितो भगवान्भृगुः ॥ स्तनं तु दक्षिणं भित्त्वा ब्रह्मजेन च विग्रहः ।
निश्रितो भगवान्धर्मः सर्वलोकसुखावहः ॥ त्रयस्तस्य वराः पुत्राः सर्वभूतमनोहराः ।
कामः शमश्च हर्षश्च तेजसा लोकधारिणः ॥ कामस्य तु रतिर्भार्या शमस्य प्रीतिरङ्गना ।
नन्दा भार्या च हर्षस्य त्रयो लोकाः प्रतिष्ठिताः ।
आपवस्य प्रजासर्गं सृजतो हि प्रजापतेः ॥ ३६ ॥
