The Garga-samhita Verse 8.13.99, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 8 of Chapter 13 (A Thousand Names of Lord Balarama) of Canto 8 (balabhadra-khanda).

दिव्याङ्गो दिव्य-रचनो
दिव्य-लोक-विलोकितह्
सर्वोपमो निरुपमो
गोलोकाङ्की-कृताङ्गणह्

divyāṅgo divya-racano
divya-loka-vilokitah
sarvopamo nirupamo
golokāṅkī-kṛtāṅgaṇah

His limbs are splendid (divyāṅga), He is decorated with great splendor (divya-racana), the residents of Devaloka gaze on Him (divya-loka-vilokita), He is the best of all (sarvopama), He is without peer ( nirupama), and He stays with His associates in the realm of Goloka (golokāṅkī-kṛtāṅgaṇa).
