The Garga-samhita Verse 8.13.90, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 8 of Chapter 13 (A Thousand Names of Lord Balarama) of Canto 8 (balabhadra-khanda).

वैशेषिको धर्म-शास्त्री
सर्व-शास्त्रार्थ-तत्त्व-गह्
वैयाकरण-कृच् छन्दो
वैय्यासह् प्राकृतिर् वचह्

vaiśeṣiko dharma-śāstrī
sarva-śāstrārtha-tattva-gah
vaiyākaraṇa-kṛc chando
vaiyyāsah prākṛtir vacah

हे इस् लेअर्नेद् इन् थे वैशेष फिलोसोफ्य् (वैशेषिक), लेअर्नेद् इन् थे धर्म-

He is learned in the Vaiśeṣa philosophy (vaiśeṣika), learned in the dharma-

śāstras (dharma-śāstrī), learned in all the scriptures (sarva-śāstrārtha-tattva-ga), the author of grammar (vaiyākaraṇa-kṛt), learned in the meters of poetry (chanda), the Vyāsa's son (vaiyyāsa), nature (prākṛti), and speech (vacah).
