The Garga-samhita Verse 8.13.78, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 8 of Chapter 13 (A Thousand Names of Lord Balarama) of Canto 8 (balabhadra-khanda).

जयन्त-कृज् जयन्ताङ्गो
जयन्ती-दिग् जयाकुलह्
वृत्र-हा देवलोकश् च
शशी कुमुद-बान्धवह्

jayanta-kṛj jayantāṅgo
jayantī-dig jayākulah
vṛtra-hā devalokaś ca
śaśī kumuda-bāndhavah

He is victorious (jayanta-kṛt jayantāṅga, jayantī-dig, and jayākula). He is the killer of Vṛtra (vṛtra-hā). He is the planets of the demigods (devaloka), and the moon (śaśī and kumuda-bāndhava).
