The Garga-samhita Verse 8.13.73, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. नैमित्तिकह् प्राकृतिक
आत्यन्तिक-मयो लयह्
सर्गो विसर्गह् सर्गादिर्
निरोधो रोध ऊतिमान्

naimittikah prākṛtika
ātyantika-mayo layah
sargo visargah sargādir
nirodho rodha ūtimān

Although He appears in the material world (naimittika and prākṛtika), He is eternal (ātyantika-maya). He is cosmic devastation (laya), cosmic creation (sarga), the secondary stage of cosmic creation (visarga), and the beginning of creation (
