The Garga-samhita Verse 8.13.26, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 8 of Chapter 13 (A Thousand Names of Lord Balarama) of Canto 8 (balabhadra-khanda).

धन्वन्तरिर् नृसिंहश् च
कल्किर् नारायणो नरह्
रामचन्द्रो राघवेन्द्रह्
कोशलेन्द्रो रघूद्वहह्

dhanvantarir nṛsiṃhaś ca
kalkir nārāyaṇo narah
rāmacandro rāghavendrah
kośalendro raghūdvahah

हे इस् धन्वन्तरि (धन्वन्तरि), नृसिंह (नृसिंह), कल्कि (कल्कि), नारायण (नारायण), नर (नर), अन्द् रामचन्द्र (रामचन्द्र, राघवेन्द्र, कोशलेन्द्र, अन्द् रघूद्वह).

He is Dhanvantari (dhanvantari), Nṛsiṃha (nṛsiṃha), Kalki (kalki), Nārāyaṇa (nārāyaṇa), Nara (nara), and Rāmacandra (rāmacandra, rāghavendra, kośalendra, and raghūdvaha).
