The Garga-samhita Verse 8.13.6, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 8 of Chapter 13 (A Thousand Names of Lord Balarama) of Canto 8 (balabhadra-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

नीलाम्बरह् श्वेत-वर्णो
बलदेवो ऽच्युताग्रजह्
प्रलम्बघ्नो महा-वीरो
रौहिणेयह् प्रतापवान्

nīlāmbarah śveta-varṇo
baladevo 'cyutāgrajah
pralambaghno mahā-vīro
rauhiṇeyah pratāpavān

He is dressed in blue garments (nīlāmbara), fair-complexioned (śveta-varṇa), splendid and powerful (baladeva), the elder brother of the infallible Supreme Personality of Godhead (acyutāgraja), the killer of Pralamba (pralambaghna), a great hero (mahā-vīra), the son of Rohiṇī (rauhiṇeya), and very powerful (pratāpavān).
