श्री-प्राड्विपाक उवाच
बलस्य पटलं गुह्यं
विद्धि सिद्धि-प्रदायकम्
एकान्ते ब्रह्मणा दत्तं
नारदाय महात्मने
śrī-prāḍvipāka uvāca
balasya paṭalaṃ guhyaṃ
viddhi siddhi-pradāyakam
ekānte brahmaṇā dattaṃ
nāradāya mahātmane
śrī-prāḍvipāka uvāca—Śrī Prāḍvipāka Muni said; balasya—of Lord Balarāma; paṭalam—the paṭala; guhyam—secret; viddhi—please know; siddhi—perfection; pradāyakam—giving; ekānte—at one place; brahmaṇā—by Lord Brahmā; dattam—given; nāradāya—to nārada; mahātmane—the great soul.
English translation of verse 8.10.16:
Śrī Prāḍvipāka Muni said: Now please understand Lord Balarāma's paṭala, which brings perfection, and which the demigod Brahmā gave to Nārada Muni.
