The Garga-samhita Verse 6.21.22, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 21 (In the Description of the Third Fort, the Glories of Pindaraka-tirtha) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

पिण्डारक-स्नानम् ऋते वियोगी
पिण्डारक-स्नान-करस् तु योगी
पिण्डारक-स्नान-करः सु-भोगी
पिण्डारक-स्नान-करो न रोगी

piṇḍāraka-snānam ṛte viyogī
piṇḍāraka-snāna-karas tu yogī
piṇḍāraka-snāna-karaḥ su-bhogī
piṇḍāraka-snāna-karo na rogī

piṇḍāraka-snānam ṛte—without bathing at Piṇḍāraka-tīrtha; viyogī—not a yogi; piṇḍāraka-snāna-karaḥ—bathing at Piṇḍāraka-tīrtha; tu—indeed; yogīa yogi; piṇḍāraka-snāna-karaḥ—bathign at Piṇḍāraka-tīrtha; su-bhogīhappy; piṇḍāraka- snāna-karaḥ—bathing at Piṇḍāraka-tīrtha; na—not; rogīdiseased.

English translation of verse 6.21.22:

Without bathing at Piṇḍāraka-tīrtha one cannot be a yogī. One who bathes at Piṇḍāraka-tīrtha becomes a yogī. One who bathes at Piṇḍāraka-tīrtha enjoys all happiness. One who bathes at Piṇḍāraka-tīrtha is never diseased.
