The Garga-samhita Verse 6.21.7, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 21 (In the Description of the Third Fort, the Glories of Pindaraka-tirtha) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

तथा वै चोत्तरे द्वारे
विश्वक्सेनो महा-बलः
रक्शत्य् अहर्-निशं राजञ्
छ्री-कृष्ण-हृदयो महान्

tathā vai cottare dvāre
viśvakseno mahā-balaḥ
rakśaty ahar-niśaṃ rājañ
chrī-kṛṣṇa-hṛdayo mahān

tathā—so; vai—indeed; ca—and; uttare—at the northern; dvāre—gate; viśvaksenaḥViśvaksena; mahā-balaḥvery powerful; rakśaty—protects; ahar- niśam—day and night; rājanO king; śrī-kṛṣṇa-hṛdayaḥ—who keeps Lord Kṛṣṇa in his heart; mahānthe great soul.

English translation of verse 6.21.7:

Meditating on Lord Kṛṣṇa in his heart, powerful Viśvaksena guards the northern gate day and night.
