तथा वै दक्शिणा-द्वारे
चक्रं नाम सुदर्शनम्
रक्शत्य् अहर्-निशं राजञ्
छ्री-कृष्ण-गत-मानसम्
tathā vai dakśiṇā-dvāre
cakraṃ nāma sudarśanam
rakśaty ahar-niśaṃ rājañ
chrī-kṛṣṇa-gata-mānasam
tathā—so; vai—indeed; dakśiṇā-dvāre—at the southern door; cakram—the disc; nāma—named; sudarśanam—Sudarśana; rakśaty—guards; ahar-niśam—day and night; rājan—O king; śrī-kṛṣṇa-gata-mānasam—his heart meditating on Lord Kṛṣṇa.
English translation of verse 6.21.3:
Meditating on Lord Kṛṣṇa in his heart, the Sudarśana-cakra, guards the southern gate day and night.
