The Garga-samhita Verse 6.21.1, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. श्री-नारद उवाच
तृतीयस्यापि दुर्गस्य
पूर्व-द्वारे महा-बलः
रक्शत्य् अहर्-निशं राजन्
हनुमान् अञ्जनी-सुतः

śrī-nārada uvāca
tṛtīyasyāpi durgasya
pūrva-dvāre mahā-balaḥ
rakśaty ahar-niśaṃ rājan
hanumān añjanī-sutaḥ

śrī-nārada uvāca—Śrī Nārada said; tṛtīyasya—of the third; api—also; durgasya—fort; pūrva-dvāre—at the eastern gate; mahā-balaḥvery powerful; rakśaty—protects; ahar-niśam—day and night; rājanO king; hanumān hanumān; añjanī-sutaḥ—the son of Añanī.

English translation of verse 6.21.1:

Śrī Nārada said: Day and night Añanī's very powerful son Hanumān guards the eastern gate ofthe third fortress.
