The Garga-samhita Verse 6.19.32, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 19 (In the First Fortress of Dvaraka, the Glories of Lila-sarovara, Hari-mandira, Jnana-tirtha, Krishna-kunda, Balabhadra-sarah, Ganesha-tirtha, Dana-sthala, and Maya-tirtha) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

तस्य जातं च यत्-पुण्यं
चित्रगुप्तो न वेत्ति तम्
तस्य तीर्थस्य माहात्म्यं
वक्तुं नालं चतुर्-मुखः

tasya jātaṃ ca yat-puṇyaṃ
citragupto na vetti tam
tasya tīrthasya māhātmyaṃ
vaktuṃ nālaṃ catur-mukhaḥ

tasya—of him; jātam—manifested; ca—and; yat-puṇyam—the piety; citraguptaḥCitragupta; na—not; vettiknows; tam—that; tasya—of him; tīrthasya—of the holy place; māhātmyam—the glory; vaktum—to speak; na alam unable; catur-mukhaḥBrahmā.

English translation of verse 6.19.32:

Yamarāja's scribe, Citragupta, cannot understand how great is his pious benefit.

The demigod Brahmā cannot describe the glories of Dāna-tīrtha.
