The Garga-samhita Verse 6.19.3, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 19 (In the First Fortress of Dvaraka, the Glories of Lila-sarovara, Hari-mandira, Jnana-tirtha, Krishna-kunda, Balabhadra-sarah, Ganesha-tirtha, Dana-sthala, and Maya-tirtha) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

तृतीयं च तथा दुर्गं
द्यूनैश् च द्वि-शतैर् नृप
क्रोशैः सण्घट्टितं राजन्
रत्न-प्रासाद-सम्युतम्

tṛtīyaṃ ca tathā durgaṃ
dyūnaiś ca dvi-śatair nṛpa
krośaiḥ saṇghaṭṭitaṃ rājan
ratna-prāsāda-samyutam

tṛtīyam—third; ca—and; tathā—so; durgam—fort; dyūnaiḥ—splendid; ca—and; dvi-śataiḥ—with 200; nṛpaO king; krośaiḥ—krosas; saṇghaṭṭitam—created; rājanO king; ratna-prāsāda-samyutam—with jewel palaces.

English translation of verse 6.19.3:

O king, around that is a third fortress 400 miles in size and the place of with many jewel palaces.
