The Garga-samhita Verse 6.19.1, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 19 (In the First Fortress of Dvaraka, the Glories of Lila-sarovara, Hari-mandira, Jnana-tirtha, Krishna-kunda, Balabhadra-sarah, Ganesha-tirtha, Dana-sthala, and Maya-tirtha) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

श्री-नारद उवाच
द्वारावती-मण्डलं तु
शत-योजन-विस्तृतम्
तस्य प्रदक्शिणा सर्वा
योजनानां चतुः-शतम्

śrī-nārada uvāca
dvārāvatī-maṇḍalaṃ tu
śata-yojana-vistṛtam
tasya pradakśiṇā sarvā
yojanānāṃ catuḥ-śatam

śrī-nārada uvāca—Śrī Nārada said; dvārāvatī-maṇḍalam—the circle of Dvārakā; tu—indeed; śata-yojana-vistṛtam—eight hundred miles in size; tasya—of it; pradakśiṇā—the circumferance; sarvāall; yojanānāṃ catuḥ-śatam—3,200 miles.

English translation of verse 6.19.1:

Śrī Nārada said: The size of Dvārakā is 800 miles. The path around it is 3,200 miles.
