कालिन्दी-पुलिने रम्ये
वायुनान्वित-सैकते
वंसी-वेत्र-धरो मल्ल-
परिबर्ह-विराजितः
क्व चात्र कृष्ण-शृङ्गारो
वन-माला-विभूषितः
श्यामानाम् अलकानां च
वक्राणां गन्ध-धरिणाम्
kālindī-puline ramye
vāyunānvita-saikate
vaṃsī-vetra-dharo malla-
paribarha-virājitaḥ
kva cātra kṛṣṇa-śṛṅgāro
vana-mālā-vibhūṣitaḥ
śyāmānām alakānāṃ ca
vakrāṇāṃ gandha-dhariṇām
kālindī-puline—on the shore of the Yamunā; ramye—beautiful; vāyunā—a breeze; anvita—with; saikate—on the beach; vaṃsī—flute; vetra—and stick; dharaḥ—holding; malla-paribarha-virājitaḥ—splendid with a peacock feather; kva—where?; ca—and; atra—here; kṛṣṇa—of Lord Kṛṣṇa; śṛṅgāraḥ—the decoration; vana-mālā-vibhūṣitaḥ—decorated with a forest garland; śyāmānām—black; alakānām—of locks of hair; ca—and; vakrāṇām—curly; gandha-dhariṇām—fragrant.
