The Garga-samhita Verse 6.18.7, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 18 (In the Course of Describing the Glories of Siddhashrama, a Description of the Rasa-dance Festival) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

श्री-भगवान् उवाच
राशेश्वर्यास् तु राधाया
मनश् चेद् रन्तुम् अङ्गनाः
तदा रासो भवेद् अत्र
भवतीभिस् पृच्छ्यताम्

śrī-bhagavān uvāca
rāśeśvaryās tu rādhāyā
manaś ced rantum aṅganāḥ
tadā rāso bhaved atra
bhavatībhis pṛcchyatām

śrī-bhagavān uvāca—the Supreme Personality of Godhead said; rāśeśvaryāḥ—of the queen of the rasac dance; tu—indeed; rādhāyā—of Rādhā; manaḥthe heart; cet—if; rantum—to enjoy; aṅganāḥ—O beautiful girls; tadāthen; rāsaḥthe rasa dance; bhavet—may be; atra—here; bhavatībhiḥ—with you; pṛcchyatām—may be asked.

English translation of verse 6.18.7:

The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: O beautiful girls, if Śrī Rādhā, the queen of the rāsa dance, wishes, only then may there be a rāsa dance. Please ask Her.
