The Garga-samhita Verse 6.18.4, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 18 (In the Course of Describing the Glories of Siddhashrama, a Description of the Rasa-dance Festival) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

त्वं चात्रैव तथा राधा
गोप्यः सर्वा व्रजाङ्गनाः
वयं चात्रैव देवेश
रासो योग्यो भवेद् इह

tvaṃ cātraiva tathā rādhā
gopyaḥ sarvā vrajāṅganāḥ
vayaṃ cātraiva deveśa
rāso yogyo bhaved iha

tvam—You; ca—and; atra—here; eva—indeed; tathā—so; rādhāRādhā; gopyaḥth4 gopīs; sarvāall; vrajāṅganāḥ—the girls of Vraja; vayam—we; ca—and; atra—here; eva—indeed; deveśaO Lord of lords; rāsaḥthe rasa dance; yogyaḥ—proper; bhavet—is; iha—here.

English translation of verse 6.18.4:

You are here. So is Rādhā. So are the gopīs of Vraja. So are we. O Lord of lords, it is right that there be a rāsa dance.
