The Garga-samhita Verse 6.18.3, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 18 (In the Course of Describing the Glories of Siddhashrama, a Description of the Rasa-dance Festival) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

वृन्दावने कृतो रासो
विधिना येन माधव
तद्-विधिं द्रष्टुम् इच्छामो
यदि त्वं मन्यसे प्रभो

vṛndāvane kṛto rāso
vidhinā yena mādhava
tad-vidhiṃ draṣṭum icchāmo
yadi tvaṃ manyase prabho

vṛndāvane—in Vṛndāvana; kṛtaḥdone; rāsaḥthe rasa dance; vidhinā—by the method; yena—by which; mādhavaO Kṛṣṇa; tad-vidhim—that method; draṣṭum—to see; icchāmaḥ—we desire; yadi—if; tvam—You; manyase—think; prabhaḥ—O Lord.

English translation of verse 6.18.3:

O Kṛṣṇa, O master, if You think it is right, we wish to see the rāsa dance You performed in Vṛndāvana.
