उच्छालकाः कथं जातास्
तव पाद-तले प्रभो
अद्यैव भूता भगवान्
न वेद्म्य् अत्र हि कारणम्
ucchālakāḥ kathaṃ jātās
tava pāda-tale prabho
adyaiva bhūtā bhagavān
na vedmy atra hi kāraṇam
ucchālakāḥ—blisters; katham—how; jātāḥ—created; tava—of You; pāda-tale—on the soles of the feet; prabhaḥ—O Lord; adya—now; eva—indeed; bhūtā—manifested; bhagavan—O Lord; na—not; vedmi—I know; atra—here; hi—indeed; kāraṇam—the cause.
English translation of verse 6.17.33:
Śrī Rukmiṇī said: Master, how have these blisters come on the soles of Your feet? I cannot understand the reason.
