The Garga-samhita Verse 6.17.8, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 17 (Shri Shri Radha and Krishna Meet at Siddhashrama and the Nature of Shri Radha’s Love Is Revealed) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

स मारितो मद्-वचनाच्
छङ्खचूडस् तया हरे
मत्-प्रेम्णापि त्वया देव
वैभवं दर्शितं व्रजे

sa mārito mad-vacanāc
chaṅkhacūḍas tayā hare
mat-premṇāpi tvayā deva
vaibhavaṃ darśitaṃ vraje

sa—he; māritaḥ—killed; mad-vacanāt—by My words; śaṅkhacūḍaḥŚaṅkhacūḍa; tvayā—by You; hareO Kṛṣṇa; mat—for Me; premṇā—with love; api—also; tvayā——by You; devaO Lord; vaibhavam—power; darśitam—shown; vraje—in Vraja.

English translation of verse 6.17.8:

"O Kṛṣṇa, on My request You killed Śaṅkhacūḍa. O Lord, out of love for Me You revealed Your power and glory in Vraja.
